Rocky Mountain Breeders
Association is a non-profit organization founded in 2001
for the development, promotion and marketing of quality
stock and performance horses. It comprises an
active group of over 70 ranches raising quarter horses,
paints and appaloosas. It represents over 1000
horses, including some great stallions and excellent
bloodlines. Most of our members reside
in Montana, but we also currently have members from
Wyoming, Washington and Idaho.
Throughout the year, RMBA hosts
seminars, clinics, Stallion Service Auction, Futurity,
Ranch Horse Competitions, and Horse Shows, as well as an
Annual Breeders Sale, our largest event. 2008's Sale will be August. 23, in Deer Lodge.
Please check out our "Events" page
for more details on all these events.
**We are excited to announce the addition of a new
category of horses at the 2008 RMBA Sale. In
addition to the fine offspring from our members'
breeding programs, our members will also be offering
other horses that they have owned for a minimum of
one year. We anticipate that this will
increase the overall number of riding horses for you
to choose from.
