The first period will be from
January 15, 2012 - February 15, 2012 (6:00pm);
minimum
bid is 50% of the 2012 stallion fee, or $250,
whichever is higher.
Second bidding period: February 16 - April 1, 2012
(6:00 pm). Only those stallions having not
received a bid during the first period will still be
available; base/minimum rate shall be increased by $50
over the first bidding period.
Bids will be taken online or by
calling Gail Morris @ (406) 866-3434, or e-mail gail@flyingmpaints.com
Bid payment must be received within 7
days of the closing of the auction or the bid will be
offered
to the next highest bidder.
By placing a bid, you are entering
into a legal and binding contract. Such contract
will be valid until a higher bid is placed upon the
same stallion.
You
are bidding on the breeding only. All additional
expenses including, but not limited to, mare care, AI
collection, shipping, vet charges, are your
responsibility. RMBA retains the right to refuse
your future bidding participation if your bills related
to an SSA breeding are unpaid to a stallion owner.
Stallion owners have the right to still require mares
meet with their approval; please contact the stallion owner directly
if you have any questions regarding the
stallion or for any additional terms of breeding.
All Stallion fees go to support the
RMBA
.
Breedings are
for the current year; it is the stallion owner's
option to honor this year's bid in subsequent years.
If for some reason you cannot provide a mare to
breed in the current year, CONTACT THE STALLION
OWNER.
Thank you
all for your participation and support of
RMBA
