Zips Little Tyree (aka Ty) is a good-looking buckskin that is 15.3 hands and 1250#. Ty’s sire has over 20 of his offspring winning at team roping events.  Zip Little Wolf , Ty’s sire, has offspring that are barrel racing, roping, and being shown at reined cow horse events, along with trail and western pleasure. Zip Little Wolf has Zippo Pat Bars (si.95), Three Bars and Leo on his papers. One of these sold for $20,000 in 2010 as a rope horse another one won $4200 at one roping, and several have been going down the road roping at rodeos.  There were 8 of his siblings at one roping finals last fall.  Ty has siblings roping at the NFR level.

Ty’s dam is a granddaughter of Watch Tyree and goes to Skipper W and Star Deck on the bottom. She has halter points and futurity earnings. She also has lounge line futurity earnings.  This mare’s foals have been in the top-selling foals of their age group at several breeders sales; they have some speed and are good-looking, with good bone and muscle.

 Ty has been ridden in the mountains and trailed cows. He has been shown at Ranch horse competitions and also at halter. Ty is a very pretty mover and really watches a cow.  He has a solid mind and has been really easy to break and train. He should throw like-minded foals. When Ty gets a little older, we are going to do some roping with him. His full brother was roped on for 60 days and won money in 3 out of 5 ropings he went to, both heading and healing.
