Tuf is a young buckskin stallion
we are really high on. He is a well built four-year-old with an
exceptional hip and disposition. He possesses great bone and strong dark
feet. Tuf is easy to get along with. He has a tremendous set of
weanlings this year. They demonstrate great muscling, bone and true
athleticism - all the characteristics we like to see. Tuf N Busy, an own son of Bueno Chex, has been to the World Show several times. He was fourth in Senior Heeling. He has his Superior in reining, heading and heeling. Tuf N Busy has sired five world champions. Four were in the youth division- two in heading, and two in heeling. In 2001, he sired the World Champion Junior Heeling Horse at the AQHA World Show. His offspring have won over 1321 AQHA points and 19 ROMs, mostly in roping events. Plus, they have won at all levels of roping from amateur to PRCA with earnings in NCHA, NRHA and NRCHA. Smart Bo Lena is an own daughter of Smart Peppy Lena, a full brother to Smart Little Lena, and a NCHA and NRHA money earner in his own right. Smart Bo Lena is a well muscled good boned mare and Tuf was her first colt. Tom Wagoner of Spur, Texas rode Tuf through the winter of 2001-2002. He said "Tuf is the most athletic horse I have ever ridden." Tom bred some of his own mares to him. We think Tuf will be one of the bright sires of the future. Once his colts get out and people start riding them, he will become a very popular sire. Tuf's colts are eligible for the Montana Reined Cow Horse Futurity. |
